About DC Care
The mission of DC Care is to provide support to PLWHA (People Living with HIV/AIDS) and their families and collaborate with service providers to enhance the delivery and quality of HIV/AIDS services in Washington, DC.
DC Care supports PLWHA and their families through emergency financial assistance, training programs, and by supporting the HIV/AIDS service delivery workforce.
Our goal is to improve health outcomes by supporting the dedicated individuals and systems that serve the estimated 16,513 people known to be living with HIV/AIDS in Washington, DC.
