Mission and Goal

• The mission of DCCC is to advocate the assurance and availability of appropriate HIV/AIDS services in the community, including the equitable distribution of funding for these services and quality assurance in their delivery.

• The goal of DCCC is to

• Provide support to member organizations as they deliver quality services to people living with       HIV/AIDS and their families.
• Assure the inclusion of various infected and affected community representatives as participants in       programs and services offered by DCCC.
• Assure efficient and effective use of funding by DCCC and member organizations.
• Serve as a collective voice of advocacy for member organizations and their clients.
• Serve as a representative/facilitator for DC HIV/AIDS service providers in reference to planning,       coordination, funding and monitoring of quality services.
