Strengthening Our Workforce
DC Care is committed to reducing health disparities by strengthening our workforce and providing community based organization staffs with tools and resources that enhance the effectiveness of their programs.
Our next training will be a leadership development program for new and aspiring program managers. We will focus on areas such as strategic planning, program development, staff supervision, and budgeting with substantial input from participants to define a training agenda that is practical, relevant, and interactive.
